The Microsoft Teams Live waiting room for this hybrid meeting will open to the public from 18.45 onwards. This virtual meeting can be viewed either via the Microsoft Teams app (free to download), or via the web, or attended in person.
However, space at Unit 2b Briar Close is restricted. To minimise risks during the pandemic it is necessary to distance the seats and increase room ventilation. Therefore this limits the number of people who can attend a meeting in person. Please contact the Clerk at least a day beforehand to reserve a seat.
