Newsletter 67 provides reassurance and hope for anxious residents

Cllr David Reece has written to all residents on the parish council's email mailing list. David said that 'at this very uncertain and worrying time, as the world changes and the country goes into lockdown and the unknown, please be assured that your Parish Council is working hard to support you as best we can, and keep our village going. To date the Parish Council has:...' (Please download David's full letter from the link below).The letter goes on to outline the range of actions that are in hand. These include the funding of Our Place Wye, which has geared up to provide the community support role for residents who are self-isolating. As the government's restrictions on movement last week prevented the planned delivery of paper copies of the newsletter to all households, this has disadvantaged the 20% or so without access to email. Therefore residents are asked to print a copy of the letter to keep any neighbours who do not have access to email informed.
