Working for Wye - past, present and future

Wye Farmers' Market is selling local produce today

There is a dusting of snow on the ground today, the Coffee Shop is closed temporarily and there are definitely no lambs to cuddle yet, but the good news is that Wye Farmers' Market has just opened. Local growers and producers are offering a range of foods 09.00 until 12.00 on The Green, Saturday 16th January. Food shopping in the fresh air is an effective way to minimise the risk of COVID-19 infection, and fresh air is in plentiful supply today. However, it is important that shoppers still keep to the one-way entry system, and maintain strict social distancing at all times. Wye's local shops and public toilets are also open as usual. For more information about the produce on offer (lots) and food miles travelled (very few), please see the Wye Farmers' Market website.
