Wye Local housing needs survey: please reply by 28th April

Wye Local Housing Needs Survey 2022 envelope

The lack of affordable housing in Wye and many other rural communities is a serious problem. Last month the Parish Council invited every household in the parish to take part in an important survey. You should have received your overprinted envelope by post, but if for any reason you did not there is still time to take part in this research. Please reply by Thursday 28th April, in the freepost envelope provided (even if you don't have a housing need).

If you have mislaid your household survey, please email Tessa O'Sullivan, Rural Housing Enabler, Action with Communities in Rural Kent, for a spare copy of the questionnaire. Section 1. is anonymous and for every household in the parish to complete please. Section 2. is for households with a housing need. The Parish Council's previous survey in 2018 identified a total need for 28 affordable homes in Wye, seven of which were for older households.
