Bookings are open online for the East Kent Ride, which will take place on Sunday 14th April 2019. The sponsored ride will start and finish at Olantigh Park, Wye. The spring ride through the North Downs area of outstanding natural beauty, has raised over £250,000 for charity over the past 42 years.

This year charity volunteers will collect Christmas trees for a donation on the weekend of 13th and 14th January 2018. Over the past year the simple act of shopping at Wye Co-op has raised a remarkable £4,950.42 for Wye Village Hall's Wye Centre project. The Family Food Bank is asking us to support its 25 days of Christmas Campaign by giving a 'reverse advent box'. This is a really simple way to help people with limited resources over Christmas. Just put one food item into a box each day for 25 days, then deliver your box to a food bank at the start of December. Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, Wye and District raised a total of £6,860.60 for the 2016 Poppy Appeal, during the year to the end of September. Yesterday, 40 volunteers started collecting door-to door for the 2017 Poppy Appeal.
