Seventeen teams of up to 8 battled it out for victory and champagne prizes on Saturday night, with Wye Arts Association squeaking past the Growbags by half a point. Kent County Council has issued a Temporary Prohibition of Driving Order for Oxenturn Road, Wye for 'urgent carriageway repairs'. KCC will close the road to through traffic, from Wednesday 15th February for up to three days, between Griffins Corner and the junction of Chequers Park, (opposite Wye Surgery), from 07.30 until 16.30 hours each day.

KCC Highways will close the A28 again at Chilham, on Monday 19th September to complete resurfacing works. A Temporary Order to prohibit overnight through traffic will apply from 22.00 until 05.00 Tuesday. The works are between the A252 Maidstone Road and the A28 Canterbury Road and the junction with Bagham Lane.
